Widget not showing

If the “Try it on” button isn’t appearing on your product pages, check these in order:

Is the app embed enabled?

The widget only shows when the Tryvio app embed is enabled in your live theme. See Activate the widget. Make sure you enabled it on the theme that’s actually published.

Is the product enabled?

The widget only appears on products you’ve enabled in Tryvio. Open Products and confirm the toggle is on for that product. See Enable per product.

Has your catalog synced?

If you just added the product, give the sync a moment, or trigger a manual sync from the Products page.

Try a hard refresh

Browsers cache storefront assets. Reload the product page with a hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R).

Still not showing? The app may need to reconnect to Shopify — see Reconnect the app, or contact support.
