Open Billing

In your Tryvio dashboard, go to Billing. Your current plan is marked Active.

Choose a new plan

Pick any plan and approve the charge through Shopify. Tryvio always reflects your real, active subscription, so you’ll never be double-charged.

Done

Your new allowance applies immediately. Shopify handles the proration on your invoice.

Cancelling

Uninstalling Tryvio cancels your subscription. You can reinstall any time and choose a plan again — Tryvio detects whether you have an active subscription and keeps your billing state in sync with Shopify.

The billing page always queries Shopify for your true subscription state, so the Active badge reflects exactly what you’re being billed for.
