Upgrade or downgrade
Open Billing
In your Tryvio dashboard, go to Billing. Your current plan is marked Active.
Choose a new plan
Pick any plan and approve the charge through Shopify. Tryvio always reflects your real, active subscription, so you can never end up on two plans at once or be double-charged.
Done
Your new allowance applies immediately and a fresh billing period begins.
How you’re charged when you switch
Shopify handles all the proration automatically — you don’t pay twice:
- Upgrade (to a higher plan): you’re charged a prorated amount for the difference, based on the days left in your current cycle — not the full new price on top.
- Downgrade (to a lower plan): Shopify gives you an application credit for the unused value of your current plan, which applies to future app charges on Shopify.
Any extra (overage) try-ons you’ve already used are settled on your current plan before the switch, so nothing is lost or carried over incorrectly. Your monthly try-on allowance then resets to the new plan’s amount.
Cancelling
Uninstalling Tryvio cancels your subscription. You can reinstall any time and choose a plan again — Tryvio detects whether you have an active subscription and keeps your billing state in sync with Shopify.
Your Billing page always reflects your true subscription state from Shopify, so the Active badge shows exactly what you’re being billed for — even right after a change.
