We build your plan
Our team creates a subscription tailored to your needs and sends you an approval link.
Approve in Shopify
Click the link, approve the charge in Shopify, and your custom plan activates. It appears on your Billing page like any other plan.
Custom plans are billed through Shopify just like standard plans, so everything stays on your regular Shopify invoice.
Usage-based custom plans
Some custom plans include no bundled try-ons and instead bill every successful try-on at the
agreed usage rate. In that case, the dashboard shows billable usage for the current period rather
than a used / included quota.
For example, a plan with 0 included try-ons and a per-try-on rate means the first successful
try-on is billable. It does not mean your store is blocked at zero try-ons.
Tryvio uses your active Shopify subscription and usage terms to calculate cost in the ROI panel. If your dashboard date range covers only part of a billing month, the subscription fee is prorated for that range and usage charges are added where available.
Switching to a standard plan
If you later move from a custom plan to one of the standard plans, your limits and pricing switch cleanly to that standard plan. No custom volume or rates carry over.
