Tryvio is built to be privacy-first and GDPR-friendly. Here’s what shoppers and merchants should know.

What data is collected

Shopper photos — uploaded by the shopper to generate a try-on. Used only for that purpose and automatically deleted after a short retention window.
Email addresses — only if a shopper voluntarily submits one via the email gate, with explicit consent.
Anonymous analytics — storefront events used to measure conversion (no sensitive personal data).

What Tryvio never does

Never uses shopper photos for AI model training.
Never sells shopper data to third parties.
Never collects more than is needed to power the experience.

Tryvio fully supports Shopify’s GDPR webhooks. When a shopper requests deletion (or a store uninstalls), the associated data is permanently removed.
