Reconnect the app

Occasionally Tryvio may need to reconnect to Shopify — for example after permission changes or if the connection expires. You’ll usually see a prompt in the dashboard when this is needed.

Open the reconnect prompt

When Tryvio needs to reconnect, the dashboard shows a Reconnect banner or page.

Approve the permissions

Click through and approve the Shopify permission screen. This re-establishes the secure connection between Tryvio and your store.

You’re back

Once reconnected, the widget, syncing, and analytics resume normally.

Reconnecting never affects your billing or your data — it only refreshes the secure link to Shopify.
