Free trial & overage

The 14-day free trial

Every new install starts with a 14-day free trial that includes up to 100 try-ons (some launch offers extend this to 200). No credit card is required to start. When you subscribe to a paid plan during your trial, billing only begins after your remaining trial days are used — you never lose trial time by subscribing early.

What counts as a try-on

A try-on is counted each time the AI successfully generates a result for a shopper. Failed generations are never counted.

Your allowance resets every month

Each plan includes a monthly try-on allowance (for example, 500 on Growth). Your usage counter resets at the start of every billing period — each 30-day Shopify cycle — so you get a fresh allowance automatically, without doing anything.

Overage

If you go over your plan’s monthly allowance, extra try-ons are billed at your plan’s per-try-on rate (for example, $0.18 on Growth). Overage is billed through Shopify’s usage charges and settled regularly, so there’s no single surprise bill at the end of the month.
