Languages & localization
Tryvio adapts the widget’s text to your shoppers’ language so the experience feels local.
Supported languages
The widget, your Tryvio dashboard and Tryvio’s emails are fully translated into 24 languages: Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Irish, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish and Swedish.
How it works
The widget speaks the language of the storefront page it is on — the language your Shopify store (and your Markets setup) serves that shopper, not the language of the shopper’s browser. Buttons, prompts, consent text and the email capture form all follow it. If your store publishes a language Tryvio does not speak yet, the widget falls back to English.
To show one language everywhere instead, open the Translations tab in your Tryvio dashboard (the Widget tab links straight to it), go to Widget language, set Language mode to Always use one language and pick the language under Default locale. Auto-detect storefront language is the default. The same tab lets you review and adjust the localized strings.
Customizing copy
Beyond translations, you can tailor key phrases to your brand voice. The button label is set in your theme — see Customize appearance. The main texts of the try-on window, including the email unlock message, are edited on the Translations tab: type your own wording under Your text.
