Enable the widget per product
You decide which products show the “Try it on” button.
Open Products
In your Tryvio dashboard, go to Products. You’ll see your synced Shopify catalog.
Toggle products on or off
Use the toggle in each product’s Try-on column to enable or disable the try-on widget for it, then click Save in the page’s save bar. To switch many products at once, select them and use Turn on try-on or Turn off try-on — those apply immediately, after you confirm.
(Optional) Auto-enable new products
Turn on try-on for new products automatically — on the Widget tab, in the Store behavior card — gives any product you add to Shopify the widget automatically. It is on by default; turn it off if you’d rather enable new products yourself.
Which products should you enable?
Enable products where seeing it on themselves helps the shopper decide — eyewear, jewelry, apparel, hats, watches, and similar wearables. For products where try-on doesn’t apply (gift cards, accessories with no visual fit), leave the widget off.
